As part of our service we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your requirements following which we will provide a written quotation for your consideration.
Our estimates are broken down into several stages so you can clearly see the break down of the cost and once each stage is complete will issue a invoice for that work as soon as this has been settled we will move onto the next stage.
Once our estimate has been signed and returned we will be in contact to arrange a measured survey. (please be aware work will progress until the estimate has been signed and returned)

If you already have drawings of the existing building, we are still likely to require a site visit to satisfy ourselves that dimensions are correct, the age of the building, what materials used in the construction, structural form, and building condition etc…
