ADS Ltd was established as a part time venture by director Ambrose Ceschin C.BuildE. FCABE FFPWS I.Eng MIET He trained as a structural engineer originally and has been in building design roles throughout his career including military, prisons, nuclear projects and architectural practices so has a wealth of experience.
Ambrose has also held posts as a Local Authority Borough Engineer. This range of experience led him to trading as a Chartered Building Engineer dealing with Architectural, structural and other technical aspects of building design as well as expert reports. Party wall matters have now become an important part of the added service offered with the director a Fellow and trainer with the Faculty of Party wall surveyors.
Ambrose for the last 30 years has run ADS Ltd which has now lead to 6 members of staff as part of his design team working on many extensions, loft conversions, new builds, garage conversions and many other projects throughout the years.
